Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for a qualified specialist for our game SpongeBob Adventures: In A Jam.
• Preparing configurations for launching IAP (In-App Purchase) offers in our games; • Analyzing launch results, identifying key metrics, and spotting trends; • Developing recommendations to optimize and improve IAP efficiency; • Collaborating with the development team to implement new features and monetization mechanics; • Monitoring the market and competitors to identify new trends in monetization.
• Higher education (preferably in mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science); • Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis; • Understanding of key principles of monetization in casual games; • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and, preferably, knowledge of SQL; • English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R); • 1+ year of experience in the gaming industry.
